O evento, intitulado &#8220;Parrilla Criolla,&#8221; promete desbravar os segredos e t\u00e9cnicas por tr\u00e1s da prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do aut\u00eantico assado argentino.<\/p>\n<p>Realizado no Rancho Tabacaray, um ambiente r\u00fastico e encantador que proporciona a atmosfera ideal para uma imers\u00e3o na cultura gastron\u00f4mica da Argentina, o evento tem vagas limitadas e pode ser adquirido atrav\u00e9s da plataforma Sympla pelo valor de R$ 423 por pessoa (inclusa aula e gastronomia, bebidas pagas \u00e0 parte).<\/p>\n<p>El Topador conduzir\u00e1 os participantes em uma jornada culin\u00e1ria, compartilhando seus conhecimentos e t\u00e9cnicas acumulados ao longo de quase uma d\u00e9cada de experi\u00eancia. Os participantes aprender\u00e3o a escolher a carne certa, a preparar o fogo, a temperar a carne com maestria e a dominar as t\u00e9cnicas de grelhar.<\/p>\n<p>Tudo o que ser\u00e1 assado durante o curso poder\u00e1 ser degustado em formato de jantar pelos participantes.
